Managing Contacts

What are contacts?

Contacts are people you can assign to contracts – e.g. the account manager at the provider or the internal responsible person.

Contacts in contract form

Create contact

  1. Open a contract and click Edit
  2. In the Contact person field, select an existing contact or create a new one
  3. Enter the contact details and confirm

Contact fields

Reuse contacts

Once created, contacts are available for selection across all contracts. No need to enter the same data multiple times.

Tip: Contacts can be managed via the REST API (Pro plan) – ideal for syncing with CRM systems.
