What are contacts?
Contacts are people you can assign to contracts – e.g. the account manager at the provider or the internal responsible person.
Create contact
- Open a contract and click Edit
- In the Contact person field, select an existing contact or create a new one
- Enter the contact details and confirm
Contact fields

Reuse contacts
Once created, contacts are available for selection across all contracts. No need to enter the same data multiple times.
Tip: Contacts can be managed via the REST API (Pro plan) – ideal for syncing with CRM systems.
