Supported currencies
Abomate supports four currencies for contract costs:

Each contract can be recorded in a different currency – you are not limited to one.
Set default currency
Under Settings → General you can set your tenant's default currency. This currency is used for all summaries and analyses:
- Dashboard KPIs and charts
- Cost totals in the contract list
- CSV export (converted column)
- AI Chat answers
Exchange rates
Exchange rates are updated daily automatically from the European Central Bank (ECB) via the Frankfurt API (every day at 7:00 AM).
Important: Conversion is for display purposes only. The actual contract amount always remains stored in the original currency. Conversion is based on the current daily rate.
Tip: You can change the default currency at any time – all analyses adjust automatically.
