Support tickets

If you need help, you can create a support ticket directly in Abomate. Our team will respond as quickly as possible.

Support – Ticket Overview

Create new ticket

New ticket – Form
  1. Go to Support in the sidebar
  2. Click + New Ticket
  3. Choose a priority:
    • Low – General questions, suggestions
    • Normal – Standard requests
    • High – Issues affecting workflow
    • Urgent – Critical problems, system unusable
  4. Enter a subject and description
  5. Optional: Attach files (max 5 MB each, e.g. screenshots)
  6. Click Create ticket

Ticket status

Status Meaning
OpenTicket has been created, waiting for processing
In ProgressOur team is working on your request
AnsweredA reply is available – please review
ClosedTicket has been resolved and closed

Chat view

Click a ticket to open the chat view. There you can follow the conversation and write replies – similar to a messenger.

Notifications

You will receive an in-app notification (bell icon) when your ticket is answered or the status changes. Optionally you can also receive email notifications.
